Judy Dater was a Photographer and photography model of Berkeley, Calif. Among Dater's best-known images is one of Imogen Cunningham photographing Twinka Thiebaud, Wayne Theibaud's daughter, at a field workshop in Yosemite. Dater also posed for Cunningham, Wynn Bullock, Ruth Bernhard , and, as a graduate student at San Francisco State University, her teacher and husband-to-be, Jack Welpott.
